Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a confidential and supportive space for self-exploration and transformation. Whether feeling in crisis, struggling with a specific issue, or seeking to enhance your overall well-being, therapy offers the necessary time, space, and connection to heal and grow.

Our work together will be dynamic, insightful, and at times challenging. I'm not one to simply nod and listen; I'm here to actively engage with you, offer insights, and ask meaningful questions. We will think together — examining what arises to more deeply understand the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that are having an impact on your life. I value your mind-body connection, seek to understand all parts of you, and deeply respect the inner-knowing and wisdom you bring to session.

I work with people of any gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, body size, religion, and background. I’m LGBTQIA+ identified and allied.
